Since we would like to keep currency conversions to a minimum and Brittany's treatment will be in the USA, we are receiving international gifts in US dollars.

If your local currency is not US dollars don't worry, Paypal can handle the currency exchange.  Please be aware that if you use a non-US credit or debit card this may be considered a foreign transaction on your card and may be subject to an added fee from your card provider.  If you have a Paypal account and use your Paypal balance there should not be an added fee.
